SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

    1. We currently deliver only within NCR & Mumbai only and orders below Rs 2500/- will have Rs 99/- as shipping cost within Delhi / NCR.
    2. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of placing the order.
    3. Orders usually take 5-7 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch, depending on the area of the customer. Orders to urban areas are usually delivered on time but for rural areas the delivery may take slightly longer.
    4. Delivery will be done only to the address registered by user on our website at the time of placing the order.
    5. Getgreen.co.in tries to ensure that deliveries are done on time but the company will not be responsible for delay in delivery on part of the courier service provider.
    6. In case you feel that the packaging is tempered or damaged please don’t accept the order. You are requested to send the picture of the same to [email protected] with your order number as the subject. In case of tempered delivery, getgreen.co.in will ensure the correct delivery of the product. It is pertinent to note here that tempered delivery refers to product being damaged, packaging not in proper shape / damaged, incomplete items.
    7. We levy a minimal charge of Rs 75/- for orders below Rs 999/- for delivery.
    8. There is no shipping charge on orders above Rs 999/- except for few heavy items which have exceptionally high logistics cost. In such cases delivery charges will be visible to you.
    9. We deliver to the pin-codes served by our courier partners. In some cases the pin code is not served by our courier partner than we will be using India Post only.
    10. We currently don’t deliver on Sundays & Public Holidays.
    11. Please note that all items are shipped with the invoice as per government regulations.

COD Policy

  1. We currently support Cash On Delivery in limited areas in NCR & Mumbai.

PAYMENTS

  1. You can make payments vide different modes – credit cards, debit cards, net banking and Cash On Delivery (COD) in limited areas.
  2. On certain products we offer zero cost EMI schemes as well.
  3. We avail services of Razorpay and other reputed service providers for payment gateway which use secure encryption technology to ensure customer data safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We at GetGreen.co.in aim to provide best of the services and understand that sometime customer might like to cancel an order placed, it will be done as per the following policy

  1. The request for cancellation / amendment of order placed has to be made within 24 hours of placing the order through Email to [email protected] In this case if the order has already been processed / communicated to the partners than cancellation will not be possible.
  2. Part cancellations of orders is not allowed.
  3. Orders as part of promotional packages will not be cancelled as these are limited seasonal specially made offers.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We at getgreen.co.in currently provide exchange only in the case that a refund is there of the customer and instead of taking the refund the customer wants to take some other product from the website. We will not be able to provide any exchange in case the order has been placed by the customer and it has been shipped by getgreen.co.in

REFUND POLICY

We at getgreen.co.in are focused on complete customer satisfaction and provide refund of the products / services availed in following cases

  1. Product received is damaged.
  2. Product received is different than the product ordered.
  3. Package is lost in transit and never reaches the customer.
  4. There will be no refund in case of promotional offers / packages.

As part of the good business practice we will not be able to process refund in following cases

  1. Incorrect delivery address
  2. Delivery not taken by the customer
  3. Products returned to getgreen.co.in in a used / damaged condition.
  4. There will be no refund of Cash On Delivery orders.

Refund is processed in the mode in which the payment was done and it typically reflects in 7-10 working days from the date of approval of refund from getgreen.co.in
